RETURN POLICY

Time Frame in which We Accept Returns:

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customer.

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.

  • We will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to loadbasket.co.uk.
  • We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

Receiving The Wrong Product:

In that case, we will cover the cost of the wrong parcel return shipment and resend the correct parcel to the customer.
